Scale Drawings

The following files require AutoCAD, Adobe Reader or WinZip

All drawings (DWG) will work in AutoCAD Version 14 and higher or AutoCAD LT 98 and higher.  Drawings were formatted following the "West Region CAD Standards".  Use the WA-NRCS-ALT.ctb plot style file to setup the alternate pen thicknesses.  This will assure the plotted lines do not look to heavy.

The first rows of bar scales are architectural.  They are scaled to insert at 1=1 in paperspace.  If they are inserted into model space they must be scaled up appropriately.

The later bar scales are inserted into a drawing to the correct scale the user will the be prompted for the drawing scale.  This allows an individual bar scale to be used for a multitude of drawing scales.  If these bar scales are to be used in 24"x36" drawings it will be necessary to insert them in the y direction at 1.5 times the scale of the drawing.   This will assure that the text height matches the "West Region CAD Standards."
