Character #1: (Panicked, tearful) Oh doctor. What’s wrong? Is it serious?

Character #2: (Serious, professional) As serious as forest fires – or infestations.

Character #1: (Sobbing) What should I do, doctor

Character #2: Implement your forest stewardship plan – stat. And check with your local Natural Resources Conservation Service office – and talk with them about the Environmental Quality Incentives Program.

Character #1: (Relieved, cheerful) EQIP, yes!

Oh thank you, doctor!
